About
Trine Blücher
With a background in business and more than 15 years of experience as a senior leadership consultant, executive and existential coach, and therapist, I have worked with many facets of leadership and personal development — supporting both individuals and teams in corporations, public institutions, and family businesses.
I am passionate about working with people who want to grow, strengthen their leadership, and address the challenges they face. My experience has given me a deep understanding of leadership and management complexities, workplace and relational dynamics, and the crucial role that personal values and behaviors play in creating successful leaders, lives and thriving teams.
How I work: Sustainable Growth
My aim is to create lasting growth through awareness, insight, and practical behavioral change. I work with a conscious blend of coaching and psychotherapy to achieve sustainable results. Coaching brings a clear, goal-oriented focus, while therapy helps uncover the roots of unhelpful patterns in attachment, narratives, and past experiences. We touch on the past only to better understand current challenges and shape a healthier future.
My work is grounded in several therapeutic traditions – phenomenological existentialism, narrative and systemic therapy, and neuro-affective theory. What unites them is a focus on each person’s unique experience and the belief that we are all capable and guided by positive intentions.
All the work I do is customized to each person’s or team’s unique situation, needs and wants. Customized means that I work organically with what shows up and what is important in order to reach desired goals and priorities, and thus not from a pre-set framework. To support the organic process, I constantly hold the structure of why we are here and what we want to achieve. Each session addresses both current challenges and broader themes, always with a focus on practical implementation. I find that this balance between structure and flexibility creates meaningful and lasting impact.
It’s all about relationships and connection!
In my experience, many of our challenges are born in relationships from the past and continue to unfold in our relationships today. That is why I am always curious about how your difficulties show up in your connection with others, and how we can work together to transform those dynamics and shift your patterns.
Whether you come as an individual, a couple, or a team, I focus on how challenges and behaviors take shape in your relationships. As human beings, we are continually influenced by the relationships we share at work, in our families, friendships, and communities. Exploring these dynamics opens the door to new perspectives, deeper awareness, and healthier ways of relating — both to ourselves and to others.
